For your convenience, our ATM Machine is located between the Business Center And our Dining Room
Banking
Full-service banks are closely located to the resort in Young Harris, Hiawassee and Blairsville. Services include travelers & cashier’s checks, credit card advances, money orders, ATM, and emergency check cashing.
Bell Captain
Bell Captain (Touch 63) For assistance with luggage, please touch your telephone button labeled “Bell Man”
Business Center
Located next to the Dining Room our business center is equipped with computers with internet access and a printer so you can check your e-mails, connect to the web and print out documents.
Cribs
Cribs are available upon request for your convenience.
Housekeeping
Our Housekeeping Department is here to assist you during your stay. We offer extra pillows, blankets, rollaway beds, cribs, and other needed items for your convenience.
Ice
Ice machines are located on each floor of the Lodge.
There are three ice/vending shelters located among the cottages available Spring – Fall. (These are winterized during Winter months.)
Lost & Found
Misplaced items should be turned into the Front Desk located in the Lobby.
Mailbox
The mailbox is located at our Front Desk. Mail is picked up daily, Monday through Saturday.
Newspapers
Complimentary daily papers available in the lobby by the bell desk.
In Room Safe
For your convenience and security of your valuables, a safe is located in each guest room.
Safety & Security
During your stay with us, we want to ensure you that your safety and the security of your possessions are of the utmost concern to us. While in your guest room, we encourage you to use safety latches to ensure privacy.
Wheelchairs
(Touch 63) For your convenience, wheelchairs are available upon request through our Bell Stand.
Pro Shop & Country Store
Located downstairs from the main lobby, we have a fully stocked Golf Pro Shop with men’s and ladies’ apparel, equipment, and accessories.
The Country Store offers unique gift and home décor items that you very well may not find elsewhere, they make great gifts and souvenirs. Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa logo items are also available.
Attire
We promote a comfortable and fun atmosphere! Resort casual attire is always appropriate. Just a thought…. our Pro Shop and Country Store provides this season’s resort wear for men and women.
Candy
Our Country Store is located on the Club Level and is stocked to satisfy your sweet tooth and snack needs.
Gift Cards
A great gift idea for someone special. Stop by the Pro Shop, the Front Desk, or our Equani Spa. You may purchase any amount on these gift cards and they are valid at all of our resort locations.
